We stand by our products. If anything breaks during regular use within 1 year, we will replace it. Simple.
At Strapa, we create unique products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Strapa purchase, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. As leather is a natural product, we cannot refund straps that have been worn.

We will process your return within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You will receive an email from us when this is complete. We do not refund shipping charges.
